Comte - Aged by Marcel Petite, at Fort St Antoine, until it reaches perfect maturity. Over time, this setting allows the cheeses to develop well-balanced sweet, nutty flavours and a smooth, creamy texture. Perfect table cheese; served on fresh bread or crackers, accompanied by fruits, sweet pickles and walnuts. It can also be melted for fondue or used for a traditional cheese souffle.
Colston Bassett - Gentle, sweeter and more balanced than a ‘typical’ blue cheese, it's creamy texture compliments the delicate blue veining characteristic of a Stilton. Made by Billy Kevan & Team in Colston Bassett, Nottinghamshire.
Kirkham's Lancashire - A raw milk farmhouse lancashire with a crumbly yet creamy texture and yoghurty tang. Traditional Lancashire is made using the curds created from several different milkings. This is a highly unusual approach which lends complexity to the flavour of the cheese. Made by Graham Kirkham in Goosnargh, Lancashire.
Rosebud Preserves Chutney - Depending on availability when ordering, option will be either of the following: Old Yorkshire Chutney, Spiced Plum or Sweet Onion Marmalade.
Orkney Thick Oatcakes- Scottish Oatcakes made with coarse ground oats. which creates a crunchy texture. Delicious on their own. We recommend to try with Colston Bassett or jam and butter!

Red Leicester - The Clarke’s Red Leicester uses raw milk from their own herd of pedigree Holstein-Friesian cows. The cheeses are clothbound and matured for around a year and have a moreish, smooth texture and a delicious tangy flavour and tomatoey finish.
Isle of Mull Cheddar - A raw cows milk aged for up to 18 months. Firm texture, flavours can vary from juicy to deeply savoury. Made by Brendan Reade in Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Scotland.
Colston Bassett - A lovely dense, compact, slightly nutty and moreish hard goats cheese. Made by Philip Rainbow in Ditchet in Somerset using a local goat milk. The Pennard Vale is vegetarian.

FESTIVE GIFT BOX
Oude Beemster - This Gouda is produced by the CONO Cooperative in Beemster Polder, Northern Holland. The cheeses are made using pasteurised milk from Holstein-Fresian cows. Toasted flavours with hints of cocoa and salted caramel, with smooth and crunchy textures. We recommend serving with cured meats and pickles. Also great for melting well in a grilled cheese sandwiches or as a rich cheese sauce.

Pata De Mulo - Pata de Mulo is a traditional Spanish cheese made from raw ewe’s milk, originating mainly from the Castilla y León region. Its name, meaning “mule’s leg”, comes from the cheese’s characteristic elongated shape. The flavour is balanced and rich, with a pleasant lactic sweetness, gentle saltiness, and a nutty finish. As it matures, the taste becomes more intense and complex, developing slight caramel and hay notes.
